All chalkware figures are made from antique metal chocolate molds some dating back to the early 1800's. Hand painted with several coats of fine artist acrylic, aged, then sealed several times, these handpainted pieces will become heirlooms of tomorrow. Each collectible is signed, dated, and given a production number.
Some of the German Belsnickles have been painted in a historically correct manner...in color and detail. These are a fine reproduction of the originals.
Every piece of chalkware arrives in his very own star stamped, aged, scented muslin storage/gift bag. The top is tied with twine with an added aged name tag. This bag is simple and so primitive. A perfect place to either store your guy during his 'off' season or use as a gift bag....just add a gift tag!
